QUILTERS AFFAIR CLASSES - SISTERS, OREGON

The "Quilter's Affair" will run from July 3 - 7, 2017.

Daytime classes take place from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Sisters High School.
Lectures, evening programs, and other events take place at the time and place specified in their description.

Hard copies of the Quilter's Affair Class scheduleswill be mailed out at the end of the year.

Online Registration for the 2017 Quilter's Affair Workshops
begins in January.

You can sign up for any remaining classes at the High School on July 4-8.

Supply Lists will be available for download by February 1 HERE.

We have a new Registration System.

We have implemented these changes because so many of you have requested a more timely response to your workshop choices. With this new system, you will know immediately if you have a space reserved in your requested workshop. If the workshop is full, it will allow you to immediately make another selection. At the same time you can sign up for lectures, events, and lunches.

On Line Registration will open on January 5, 2017 at 10:00 AM PST
on the Quilter's Affair website: QuiltersAffair.net

Before you begin, be sure to read all of the initial instructions for filling out your registration form on the website. (No paper registrations will be accepted.)

Once you have received, or down-loaded your flyer on your computer, you have time to study and make a list preparing yourself for the online registration.

With our new system, it is important that you do it correctly the first time as your credit card will be charged as soon as your registration is submitted. (If you happen to submit twice your card will be charged twice.)

If you return to the web site at a later date to add to your registration, you WILL be charged the initial registration fee again. Please email Lawry to make your changes instead. (A change fee of $10 does apply.)

If you are unable to sign up online, you may call the Stitchin' Post after 10 AM PST on January 5th,
and a sales associate will assist in the process by entering your information online as they speak with you on the phone.

We look forward to working with our new system and making the process more timely and efficient.

Additional Important Information:

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25.00.
An additional $10.00 fee will be charged for any changes
made after we have processed your initial registration.

Also, there will be a $5.00 replacement charge if you forget to bring
your class confirmation form to class with you.

There will be no refunds for cancellations after May 31,
but you are welcome to give your spot to a friend.
(If you cancel before June 1st, your class fees will be refunded.)

All classes are filled on a first come/first serve basis.
registrations are acceptable.
Sorry, we do not accept phone, faxed, mail, Fed Ex, UPS, walk-in, or e-mail registration forms.

Tote bags for Quilter's Affair participants are available
at the High School beginning Monday, July 4 from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

(Early pick-ups are available the Saturday & Sunday before Quilter's Affair week
at the Stitchin' Post from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.)

If you forget your confirmation or lose your name tag, there will be a $5.00 replacement charge.
